What we collect when you contact us
What we collect when you use the site
Standard server and analytics records: pages requested, approximate location derived from network address, browser and device type, and where you arrived from. We use them to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell them and we do not build advertising profiles from them.
What we hold for clients
- The question sets we measure for you, and every reading taken against them.
- Material you give us for the work: brand facts, specifications, documents and approvals.
- Account and billing records we are required to keep.
- Access credentials where you have given them to us, held only for as long as the work needs them.
Who we share it with
Service providers who make the work possible, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery and payment processing. We share the minimum each one needs. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not pass client material to another client under any circumstances.
Measurement data and the engines
Measuring answer visibility means sending buying questions to third party assistants. Those questions are your market’s questions, not your confidential material, and we do not send client documents, credentials or private data to an engine as part of measurement.
How long we keep things
Enquiry records are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client measurement data is kept for the life of the engagement and then for as long as you want access to your own history. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy, or object to a particular use. Write to amit@vyrova.com. We will not make you jump through a process to exercise a right you already have.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed to make it work and basic analytics cookies to count visits. If you block them, the site still works.
Changes
When this page changes the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects clients we tell them rather than leaving them to notice.
